Our basic event rental is for the DIY event planner. This option allows you to completely customize your event with any outside approved vendors or decorate yourself. The Warehouse, The Center Lounge & Urban Oasis are included in the pricing below. The Get Ready Suite and Enchanted room are available for an additional fee.

  • 5 Hours of Rental Time

  • Guest Tables & Chairs for up to 80

    • White, Black or Fruitwood Garden Chairs

    • Capacity for seated event is 150-170

    • Capacity for standing cocktail event is 250

  • Event Staff

  • Bartender

    • Includes Cash Bar ($300 deposit required.  Will be refunded if bar sales reach minimum of $300)

  • Adult Game Package

    • Jenga, Board Games, Cornhole, Poker Table Toppers w/Chips/Cards, ($200 refundable damage deposit is required)

  • Free Parking (100+ Spaces)


The 107 exclusively handles all alcoholic beverages.  All other vendors welcome with pre-approval.  Liability insurance required.

  • Saturday $2,000

  • Sunday - Friday $1,500

Extra time maybe added at a rate of $125 pre-event and $250 event time.

Extra guests maybe added at a rate of $100 per 8 guests.

Ask about discounts to venue rental when adding our in-house catering to your package.
