Our basic event rental is for the DIY event planner. This option allows you to completely customize your event with any outside approved vendors or decorate yourself. Ask about adding our Urban Oasis, Enchanted Room or Get Ready Suite for an addtional fee.

    • 5 Hours of Time

    • Additional time can be purchased at a rate of $125 for setup and cleanup, and $250 for event time.

      • Additional charge of $50 per table of 8 guests (Max capacity seated 170)

    • Tables (60” Round)

    • Chairs (Fruitwood, Black or White Garden)

    • 1 Planning Session (Choose décor and floor plan)

Investment

The 107 exclusively manages all alcoholic beverages, but we welcome other vendors with prior approval.
