​Our basic event rental is for the DIY event planner. This option allows you to completely customize your event with any outside approved vendors or decorate yourself. The Warehouse, The Center Lounge & Urban Oasis are included in the pricing below. The Get Ready Suite and Enchanted room are available for an additional fee.

Investment
The 107 exclusively handles all alcoholic beverages. All other vendors welcome with pre-approval. Liability insurance required.

Extra time maybe added at a rate of $125 pre-event and $250 event time.
Extra guests maybe added at a rate of $100 per 8 guests.
