BASIC WAREHOUSE

Our basic event rental is for the DIY event planner. This option allows you to completely customize your event with any outside approved vendors or decorate yourself. Ask about adding our Urban Oasis, Enchanted Room or Get Ready Suite for an addtional fee.

What's Included

BASIC WAREHOUSE PACKAGE

  • 5 Hours of Rental Time

    • Additional time maybe added at a rate of $125 setup or $250 for additional event time.

  • Access - The Warehouse

    • Add-on Urban Oasis or Get Ready Suite $100

  • Guest Tables & Chairs for up to 80 Guests

    • Additional charge of $50 per table of 8 guests (Max capacity seated 170)

    • White, Black or Fruitwood Garden Chairs

  • Event Staff

  • Bartender

    • Includes Cash Bar ($300 deposit required.  Will be refunded if bar sales reach minimum of $300)

  • Free Parking (100+ Spaces)

Investment

The 107 exclusively handles all alcoholic beverages.  All other vendors welcome with pre-approval.  Liability insurance required.

  • Saturday $2,000

  • Sunday - Friday $1,500
