Begin your contract with a lower guest count than you anticipate. We can accommodate additional guests later, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for low RSVP counts.
Fine Print

Pricing starts at 50 guests. For events with more than 50 guests, simply add $40 per additional guest to calculate your total—e.g., for 70 guests, add 20 guests x $40 to the 50-guest package price.

All alcohol must be exclusively handled by The 107 partner company.

Alcoholic beverages are served "by the drink" for 4 hours to your guests by one of our licensed TABC certified bartenders. Charged per person attending not per person drinking. One bartender is required for every 75 guests where liquor is served.

Additional time can be purchased at a rate of $125 for setup and cleanup, and $250 for event time.
