Are you planning a last minute wedding, birthday party or corporate event?  Then our newest promotional package with 12 hours of venue access is just what you need.  This flexible package allows you to choose your own caterer, decorate yourself, hire outside vendors of your choice (prior approval is necessary) or let The 107 take care of everything in-house.  The following are dates we have available over the next 90 days..  Hurry and give us a call to book!

Last Minute Promotion

Wedding or Social Event

  • Up to 80 Guests

  • 12 Hours of Rental Time

    • 11am - 11pm

    • 12pm - 12am

  • Access to Get Ready Suites (2 hours before event time)

  • White, Fruitwood or Black Garden Chairs

  • (10) 60" Round Tables

  • Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony (Weddings)

  • Free Parking (100+ Spaces)

  • Sunday - Friday $2000

    • Call for times available

Add- On's

  • DJ - Starting at $500
  • Bar - Bartender w/Cash Bar $300
    • (All alcohol must go through The 107 venue)
  • Décor Package - (up to 80 guests) $500
  • Catering - $1400 (Choose from Pasta or Taco Bar)
  • Extra Day - Add-On the day before and have access for 5 hours for a rehearsal or additional setup time for $750.
